Need decal texturing help

I need help to figure out how to put decals on a cars interior that I downloaded. I downloaded a Ferrari LaFerrari from http://animium.com/2014/10/ferrari-laferrari and just as an example I would like to texture the engine start button. I would like the button to be red and have the text “Engine Start” printed on the button. The car came with all the interior decals but now it’s just a matter of me learning how to apply the decals to the model. Any help or examples world be greatly appreciated :slight_smile:

Also, I’m using cycles to render everything.
