Keep going the more you paint the better you will get. My two cents is that you should watch your construction the tilt of the head doesn’t line up that well with the eyes. Also stay away from soft brushes 90% of you brush work should be hard brushes, soft brushes are great for softening tranistion between planes and for painting soft and lost edges but the shouldn’t be what you use to block in your work.
