Nice! You are really good! The anatomy of a orc, may be different, but if it was human I said the thumb is to long, it starts to far. But hey! It is very advance for me what you did.

Yes it’s just a renderer test without compositing
This is not the final result.
I even thought about the lighting and compositing.
If you have tips

The modeling is very good. However, the texturing needs work. You need to apply a subsurf modifier to both for a more skin like texture for one.
