I think the eyes, the end of the hair, and the cloths, need some work.
The eyes, have a strange shape, that just not look ok to me.
I think the skin looks a bit too much like plastic, but other than that it’s pretty good and reminds me of most animated movies.

The collar is too straight and too neat) The shape of the eyes is a bit off (too big of a dive in the inner corner of the eyes). His skin needs more sss, I’d say. Shadows are too deep (you need more light sources of different intencity to fill in those dark spots with some light))
