Is Pose Mode only use CPU?

Hello,
My office PC is too old (intel e8300, R7 240) , Low FPS on Play animation, I want to upgrade.
No need Render, only Pose Mode/Edit Mode.

Is the performance of Pose Mode sensitive with GPU? can intel NUC i7-677OHQ be chosen?

Hi, if you use subdivide you can check Opensubdiv and switch on your GPU in User preferences > System.
It will help a lot for animation.
Sculpting is mostly CPU but it is possible to sculpt 1-2 million polys or it is something wrong.
Don´t use subdivide for sculpting, use multires.
Every i7 is sky rocket compare to your e8300, R7 is not bad you can use it further.
