F-Curve Cycle for all bones

Been looking around for about an hour and all I could get was how to individually attach a modifier to an individual F-Curves. My question is: Is there a way to just make a modifier attach to all the F-Curves to a bone, or better yet, select all the bones and attach a modifier?

You can copy modifiers to the clipboard and paste them to selected F-Curves with the clipboard icons. There is also a filter/search icon that can help select specific channels. (Magnifying Glass) Typing loc will filter all location channels, rot for rotation, or be more specific and type y loc, etc.
