A quick weekend sketch using Zbrush, blender, the rock essentials, Substance Painter and Photoshop. I had no reference or thought behind it, but it ended up being a martian rat/squid/spider drinking rusty water.
I love colours, the style and speculars aren’t overdone, blend in very nice - its a softish tone and very appealing:D Great weekends work.
