3d desert robot

Hi Guys,

I would like to share with you my last project, done with the awesome rock essentials ultimate pack.

This is my first submission here, i hope you’ll like it. This is a full 3d scene done in the new version of blender 2.78 thanks to its new displacement tool.

let me know what you think

Hi, Here is some close up views.

Good! You only used Blender?

This is amazing! So much detail! This could be straight out from a movie. Its a pity most of the details are lost in the desert scene. Maybe you could bring the robot a little closer and leave out some of the rocks. Other than that amazing work.

Hi katanius, you’r right, i’ll probably try a closer view.

Pavel, all was made in blender except texturing.

Some of that texture work is amazing. I am very new to Blender - just doing some initial tutorials and this really help sto motivate me to learn!

Hi Albin! Loving your work, i have similar projects to do, and this is very inspiring !I saw the video on YouTube, Is the animation hand made or motion capture? IT’S Very Good and natural! Did you create the robot textures in subtance Painter/quixel suite?

Looks pretty good overall although the way it is holding the rifle looks rather unnatural (left hand going over the fore-end rather than under). Additionally, putting some magazine pouches on the chest rig would make for a robot that looks much more battle ready. Without them, the vest looks kind of awkward. Great work though, keep it up!

Amazing!!! I just saw the video in your Youtube channel
Amazing Job!!!

Stunning image, but the bullet proof vest breaks it a bit
