Baking tree and grass (particle system) ?

Is there a way to bake a Tree or Grass textures ?
Coverting the particle system of the grass to objects just kills my PC… it even had to recover from errors…

I want to make a short video, but i dont know if i can render trees and grass faster…

If you want it to render faster, try using particles with no physics. Unfortunately, this eliminates any chance of individual soft-body simulations, but it makes all of the models into instances, which decreases both render times and memory use.
