realistic cloth simulation

Hi, is there any script to save edges lenghts after cloth simulation(like unstretchy fabrics in real)? in example below on the left cube every edge lenght is equal 2 and after cloth simulation edges have diffrent values. cube is only simple(?) example

vertex pinning ?

You mean external edge vertexes? i can’t do this because i want to see realistic effect. all the vertex change their positions, but edges lenght should be the same as starting cube edge lenght(i mean fabric not stretchy like rubber but not stiff like metal sheet too)
