So I created a fig tree using sapling Addon.
It looks pretty well but the leaves are all pointing towards the stem instead of away from it. I used “Import Images as Planes” for the leaves.
How can I change this?
i doubt there are any Sapling experts here so i think you have to submit the blend file and a step by step on how to recreate the problem. ive spendt a good 10 minutes now and i cannot figure out how you managed to make them all face the stem in the first place.
maybe i misunderstood your question, if you mean the texture is oriented the wrong way, then open up the Uv image editor, select the leaves, go into edit mode and select everything, select the UVs in the UV editor, and rotate them until they are facing the right way.
