UPDATE: 09/25/16 - Thank you all that submit your proposals and had an interest in the project. The initial selection of artists is already completed.
The client is looking for a 3D artist with strong knowledge in Interior Architectural Visualization in Blender.
The goal is to create 3D Photorealistic Scene (1 Kitchen, 1 Hotel Lobby) to be rendered using Render Street. (https://render.st/) - Scenes can be free creation, and don’t have to follow a specific floor plan or CAD project.
The scenes will have to be setup for allowing to be reused, re-render, have multiple camera placements and replacement of objects and/or materials.
The render scenes will have to deliver a photo realistic result.
The blend files will have to be transferred to the client at the end of the project.
The project is open to freelancers as well as studios and arch viz companies.
If you’re interested, your price should include only your fee and the cost of any third part model you wish to incorporate in the scene. We will be paying for Render Street services. If including 3rd part models, make sure you can transfer those models to the client.
We have an approved budget and are ready to start as soon as we find the right artist for the job.
