Dont have a clue what happend 
Delete your startup.blend or press CTRL+O to open a file, and have Load UI checked. 
Or press Ctrl+ left or right arrow key. This changes the Screen Layout (which I know you don’t use.) If you haven’t deleted them all.
Everything is back to normal now
