Read the forum FAQ linked at the top of the page.
Also to consider.
Post support questions in the appropriate support forums. for example the Support / Tutorials forums description tells you it is for completed tutorials not for tutorial requests. All new threads in that forum are also moderated so most likely to be reviewed after more important threads.
Don’t be vague in your question as you’ll most likely get a vague response. For example if we don’t know what you want to use blender for then how can anyone give specific advice.
