Can I answer to my own thread without upvoting it?

Hi!

Is there a checkbox or something that I can tick to post to a thread without putting it back on top in the forum? Sometimes it feels unnecessary to kick the thread back up when I just want to reply with a “thank you” or something. Oh and one more question, if I edit a post, does that make the post go back up on the top as well or that an option for me?

Nope. All new posts automatically bump a thread to the top of the list (threads are sorted by most recent reply). You can change the sorting for yourself, but that doesn’t affect how anyone else sees the thread list.

And editing a post will not bump it.
