How to render with light in simple and quick way

Hi i have used some material to a normal sphere and used hdri environment.

Q1. I want to know is there any option what we view in the properties panel a preview why we get the different result after rendering. 2 files attached a preview file and a rendered file. In almost other software what we view in the preview we get the final results also the same and why we get different result here.

Q2. What is the quick way to get that result which is seen in the preview window. And if so addon works good or manually lighting.

A1. The render uses YOUR scene, while the material preview is based on a DEFAULT PREVIEW scene that is built into Blender. That preview scene comes with its own background and lighting setup and therefore has nothing to do with your render result.

It is supposed to show your material in a standardized environment.

A2. Blender’s aforementioned inbuilt material preview scene can be downloaded here.
On the different layers you will find the various test objects, e. g. plane, sphere, cube etc.
