Painterly texture ?

Hi,

I’ve modeled a 3d model but i’m stuck in texturing, i would like to know how to do a “The Clone Wars” like texture

I’m not quite sure what you’re asking for.
As for an approach on a material like the one in the picture, I’d go with a mix of a somewath rough “plasticky” white diffuse and a cloudy grey texture…

Agreed with what m_SquareGFX said. Also another thing I could suggest is UV unwrapping it by adding seams first and then going into photoshop or Gimp and creating a texture in there :slight_smile:
