How can I track the previous pose? It's possible to see a "ghost" of it?

Hi, is it possible to see the “ghost” of the previous pose, while creating the new pose? It would be useful as referring, for animations. Maybe there is a plugin with this feature?
I am a beginner, maybe I haven’t noticed the feature in Blender itself.

There is a feature called ghost that will let you get an onion skin effect. Very useful for creating breakdowns.

By default the step value is 0. I’ve had Blender crash using this tool if the step value is not set to 1 or more.
