Very nice, i would live there in a heart beat.
Couple of things though, roof tile on balcony going through wall, garden slabs need to be sunk a little and then the obvious one, it looks to clean.
Sorry, forgot to say, it is excellent in my opinion though, wish I could do as well.
Only one advice from me, always keep the proportions correct. When I model buildings for my game, I use a six foot 8 human character to use as base when scaling things up. I also photograph myself beside walls to use as reference. You should use a person your based of your height. That’s my own way of scaling things and the proportions look correct most of the time. I just have to rescale sometimes
