UV Maps in one layer in substance?

Hey guys, so i’m kinda new to all this I am having troubles with UV mapping. I have unwrapped it in blender all fine and it looks good to me and I also export the UV maps and FBX but when it comes time to opening it all up in Substance painter it is all stacked on one layer and I just can’t seem to figure it out!!!

Any help would be appreciated :cool:

you have to assign materials in blener if you want texture sets in substance painter .Each material is then on it own uv map.
i simple use materials with different colors and assign it to the model parts.
