Going fullscreen in blender

Hello,

would scripting a button for hiding/showing the top header of Blender be hard for a person with no python experience but with some in coding?

If you want to hide it, that will be a problem - since it is an area space of its own. If you grab the triangle in the main screen and drag up, it will collapse that area and fill with the main area - but that is not what you are wanting to do, you want to be able to still show it when necessary…

Unless that IS what you want.

Are you trying to hide just the header at top or wanting to go full screen? You can go full screen under views, short cut Alt + F10.

Thank you everyone but there is no need for scripting. Here is problem solved in stackexchange: http://blender.stackexchange.com/questions/69980/is-it-possible-to-completely-go-into-fullscreen
