So I am writing a Star Trek novel. With this novel I designed a ship. I do not have the time to model this ship. The person who helps me with this will be credited in my book and on any “press releases”. If I do manage to get my book published, they will then get paid. As of right now, I am working to pay my bills. I do have pictures of my hand drawn schematics. If someone is wanting to take on this task and help me out, I would be so grateful.
I would be interested in helping you out, but I’d want to see the schematics first. Would this be a problem?
and check with Paramount Pictures and see if the author has a written license agreement
for the use of the name star trek or for the likenesses of the ships

If you look up the USS Prometheus from Star Trek it is based upon that. Also JohnW, anyone can design what ever they like, but to get it published, they have to get permission. Which I am looking into, but not at that step yet.
