I was playing this game about 7-8 years ago it had a blue theme in game menu. it was very similar to command & conquer generals . the only specefic thing i remember from the game was it’s builder vehicle that was a truck that used some sort of laser to build building you need (like 3d printer) please help me find it (i’ve searched famous game titles and it was none of them like rise of nations or starcraft)
