I want to ask you if you can tell me how to install KXGUI or compz sous Blender.

that’s an addon right, I think you unpack the zip then load the py file from inside the preferences menu addon tab, install button load… ps don’t know to much about it though.

I don’t mantain KXGUI anymore and Compz is untouched. I didn’t make docs for them, I suggest you to not use them.
