How to make a cube collapse under its own weight?

I’ve seen some physics setting that let you set all kinds of physical parameters like stiffness, mass, plasticity…but I can’t find it? Can somebody tell me what item this is or suggest a another way to collapse a cube?

Don’t be shy, show us an example of what you mean !

A single cube ? How would that collapse ? Like a balloon ?
A million stacked cubes ?
A cube broken up into jagged shards ?

All these have different results and potentially different methods to achieve the result.
Do we have to supply answers for each ?

Ideally, like it was put in a high pressure chamber and imploded with force from all sides.
