PLEASE help with this query on uv mapping please for BLENDER:

Hi everyone, there are loads of tutorials about how to unwrap on blender and i’ve got a good handle on it. Secondly there are great tutorials on how to texturise separate objects with separate uv mappping and i know how to do this. However it is the final presentation part, where all the various objects unwrapped are collated side by side and retaining their separate textures next to each other that isn’t mentioned anywhere and i can’t get it to work. Please can someone help me and tell me how?
Simple example, i’ve gone from object to edit mode and marked seams on all the objects, and opened new textures for each unwrapped object as follows:

After this i want to make a group island unwrapping of all of these for potential customers. SO i select all in object mode and press cntrl J to group all objects together, then in edit mode they all appear however no individual map textures are present on the uv side and the single background for only one object is present like this…

Basically i want to get something like this where textures are set for set maps with a white background unaffecting the set textured maps:

PLEASE HELP !

First mark edges, unwrap, organize islands, then texture. Simple, aint it?

I wonder what you were watching, since pollution is still rising high & you show as simply confused?

Note, that without a goal in mind (project - i on idea), what you’ll learn is just an element of the skill, a technique to a method, part of procedure. ie. You can’t make a meal by knowing only how to fish & burn a fire.

Make a proper project & quit playing with your balls.

Have you watched?
The whole set of 4

… and this set of 3:

Tho, i advise to take on the whole Character course…
Start with a good concept if you really wanna find a potential customer.

If I understand correctly, you have several separate objects with textures that you want to unwrap into only one UV texture? That’s called an atlas, and Blender has several addons to accomplish this. I believe this one is the simplest to use. The video explains it pretty well. If you already have correctly textured object, the video (around the 3 minute mark) explains how to bake them onto the new UV atlas.
