hey guys (again),
I am working on two projects at the moment. Next to my Sound-Hardware-stuff I do this loft-project here. All in all I am quite satisfied with this one but I think there is a lot to improve. I dont like the couch corner that much for example. But I am really courious what you say about it! 
The composition is looking good 
the room looks very comfy.
I think your wood materials need some work still (same goes for the couch mat)
I would cut back the dirty windows a bit and scale down the texture (that is some srly dirty window)
Whoever lives there deserves a pc, especially when having two nice monitors
