How do i get the Normal Angle of a face?

Hey so basically i just want to get the normal angle of a face in the form of degrees, for example if you press g+z+z and get the face to move along that normal direction of the face. I want to apply that to an armature bone roll. if that is possible?

Click the “+” sign to get the angle or direction of the selected face, edge, vertex or object.
