Using two GPUs

Hi everyone!
I have a pc with this configuration : Gigabyte Ga970a ds3 - AMD FX 8350 - Thermaltake SE 530w bronze - 8Gb ram - 500Go HDD - Sapphire HD 7750.
And I bought a MSI GTX 970, so I wonder if I can use the two cards together the sapphire for the display only and the MSI for rendering. My Mobo has pci-e slot x4, and I don’t know if it can handle it? The psu too and the cpu?
Please let me know your toughts !
Thank you,
Moussa.

its generally not a good idea to mix amd and nvidia cards. unless your are tech savy and willing to take the chance, then dont. unistall all amd graphics drivers before switching them out. i would encourage you to research putting amd and nvidia together.

the psu is pretty borderline, but if its a good design, it should be ok.

the mobo would have no issue running two cards.

Thank you for your answer friend. If it’s like this, I’ll not take the risk because I’m not a tech expert. I’ll just enjoy using my new card.
Have a good time !
