Eye Anatomy

Hi there,

I started this image last week. I’m not sure how to improve it.

Thank you for your help.
Cheers,

looking nice

how did you do the blue white part nodes set up ?

is it 3D or 2D ?

happy cl

Thanks RickyBlender,

The blue White part of the eye is its own 3D model.

There were three materials for blue White object.
1: Red subsurface - fleshy part of the eye.
2: iris (blue) texture - made in Photoshop from an extreme close up of an eye. Includes a bump texture made in Photoshop by desaturating the colour texture.
3: White difuse - I didn’t bother with blood vessels because they wouldn’t be seen by the camera.

Hope this covers what you wanted to know.

eye’s crystalline lens is located directly behind the pupil and further focuses light. … Light focused by the cornea and crystalline lens (and limited by the iris and pupil) then reaches the retina — the light-sensitive inner lining of the back of the eye.
