Follow path issues.

It’s kinda driving me nuts. I have created a bezier curve, it’s the parent of a camera. I added a “track to constraint” selecting a center empty in the middle of the scene. So that the camera follows the path but looks at the target.
However, everything but the “track constraints work.”
Could I please get some advice on that?
Thank you in advance. Added the blender file.

Your camera is parented to the curve object you have to delete that parent relationship!
Put your camera at the starting point of your curve at frame 0.
make sure your track to constraints is below follow curve constraints to get the right pointing direction.

Thank you will try your suggestion. I do however believe that if you do a ctrl+P you also can chose the option “follow path”.

I tried it and it looks like the parent is added on top of the follow curve and you need no parent because the constraint is parent the camera object to the curve. You can move the curve and the camera is stil in the right position

Thank you. I also think i finally figure out the main issue. got the track to constraint to -Z, but the up was also Z. when i changed it to Y, it started doing what it was supposed to.
