i recently discover this plugin
by yumiki mon
it will automatically setup the camera view + render
for front top left right ortho + perspective view
render will produce
5 render image ( separate views)
1 render image ( combined views )

it can only be run by script
unfortunately it lacks option for choosing the angle of ortho
or choose which view to exclude / include
i also notice no top view / bottom
Question :
is there a similar script or addon that exist already that able to produce
automatic render profile sheet
but has more option
