I was unsure if it should go here but I am proud of it,
So here it is.
This should go in the traditional forum (as you mention there is nothing here related to Blender).
It seems to have turned out better than your early tries with neural network stuff though.
It’s many layers composited together using photobashing in an Android app,
ToolWiz Pro
In effects You can choose “double expose” and paint masking and choose how they are exposed
(overlay, multiply, soft light etc)
The masking options and masking paint are arguably the best part of the app
(you get a pip in the top corner that allows you to see under where your finger is and you can set brush radius and opacity and feathering)
This was made 100% on a google pixel phone (the small one)
Using this, and neural style together is very powerful
