Not sure what the story is, but I dig the style! It looks somewhat like a drawing.

It does look like a painting/drawing. Very nice.
It looks fantastic, but the only thing that kinda creeps me out is how wide open and circular the eyes are. It looks like he’s missing eyelids or something, especially in the face closeup view.
Other than that, the background and rest of the character looks amazing and very detailed.
Yeah, I am gonna to say that, very much like painting style.
