why is blender being destructive???

i am attempting falling objects.
why does blender crush the left hand object?
how do i stop them falling INSIDE each other?
how do i make them fall forward?
eventually this will be a pyramid of blocks

It looks like the left hand one is made of something (and is maybe subdivided?), like a soft body, cloth or something like that.
The other ones need to be told that they collide with stuff I think. That’s done by simply (hehe, yah, I said simply about something in Blender!) by selecting each object, clicking on the physics thingy and hitting the collision button, its the second one down on the left.
It look like your floor already has that turned on so it should be ok (dont quote me ok? I barely know what Im talking about).

Oh, there’s a .Blend! I didn’t see that!
Hang on…

Ok I was way off in parts.
Hit Rewind, turn Collision ON for the floor and almost everything works great.
As for the one on the left, its a soft body as I thought, but so are the others.
Since Im learning Blender at a rate far below the rate at which the developers change stuff I dont know what to tell you about that.
