Two Nvidia 1060 chips in Blender for 3d rendering and computing

Hello guys! My first question here. Can i use two Nvidia GTX 1060 chips in Blender for 3d rendering?
I know that SLI is not supported and what about cgi computing.I have Gigabyte GA-A370 Gaming 5 mobo.

Can i use two Nvidia GTX 1060 chips in Blender for 3d rendering?
Blender can use multiple graphics cards for rendering, just select both in the user preferences / system panel

Thanks for the tip!

And whilst you’re not rendering on both you can use just one of the cards for your displays and avoid the old “everything lags to hell when viewport rendering” thing.

Aha! I suppose that first card definitely goes to pcie x16 and second to pcie x8?

Hi, does not matter for render performance but if you are a gamer use pcie x16 for display.

Cheers, mib
