Question about 3D Painting inside Blender

Hi

it is possible to paint on layer and rotare/scale and edit (already draw texture)?
Mayby anyone know plugin whos can do it?

Blender materials are node based, not layer based. You can “fake” layers by using the BPainter add-on but it still uses nodes in the background. Also I recommend you get familiar with nodes if you are going to use Blender (or any 3D application) for a while.
Apart from that, you can rotate an image with the mapping node. In the node editor, plug a mapping node to your image (in Vector). You also need to plug a UV node in the mapping node. Then select Texture in the mapping node and adjust your values. Of course it will transform in the UV space.

To paint a texture in Blender, simply go in Texture Painting mode in 3D or 2D (UV) view. The mode can be changed in the header.
