No visible result with script. I'm new to python scripting in Blender

I have the following script:

I execute it with a cube named Cube in Blender 2.72. I get no error, but nothing happens. I thought the cube was going to rotate or something like that. I have no clue, it’s dissappointing since I have just started and have no idea, but it’s complicated to start anyways.

What am I doing wrong?

Just run the script and start the timeline… and the magic Cube will rotate!
