Can someone help me How i would model this hand of this guy? I dont wanna do it again

I really dont have a clue what are you asking. Or what is the problem. You dont want to do what again? as for the hands, i dont see any reference so, model em as you see fit? . . . .

I don’t want to start over thats what i mean, but it seems tricky to model the hands in sculpt mode

First create a good base mesh when sculpting. There are tons of tutorials about hands on Youtube, like this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3hK-yQzdkKA

you can always model the base for the hand, then join it with your mesh, then connect using the fill command. could be a pain though. better to plan ahead.
