Extending number of animation frames to increase walk cycle duration.

If I come across as new and naive it’s because I am!

I have a looping walk cycle .FBX armature comprising 94 frames.

How can I seamlessly extend the animation to say, 300 frames? So, instead of my model walking only 3 paces, he walks 12 or so.

A step by step answer would be good (I’m a newbie) and very much appreciated! If I can just get past this hurdle I’ll be away - because I can now rig without error and as a result the animation is looking very smooth.
