How do I use “Isolated vertices” to help me model, What I want to do Is Place my DOTS every where and then add my Edges until i’ve made all my faces.
I’ve uploaded a picture that i found that show what i’m looking for.

Seems counterproductive but, you can press ctrl+LMB in edit mode to spawn a vertex at the cursor, pressing ctrl+LMB with a vertex selected will create a new vertex and an edge between it and the previous one.
Edit: Spawning a vertex with ctrl+LMB will make it selected, you can press A to deselect it in case you just want to place vertices and no edges, you will have to repeat that every time you spawn a new vertex.
