We need to implement cost cutting this year especially on our telecom and electricity consumptions. Our company has been issuing mobile phones with post paid plans to our employees who have field work. The management is thinking about downgrading our current post paid plan and if a staff exceeds the limit, our office will be deducting it from his/her salary. On the other hand, one of our Department Heads suggested to consider a telecom management system to address our concerns.
