Until now, the modeling and the texturing looks pretty good to me. The only repeatable texture, seems to be the one on the top of the window. Great start, keep working.

Ok, small update. 4k Render, 600samples, Denoiser and Dfine from google. 2.5h render on Titan Black.

Ok, living room is more or less OK. Next kitchen appliances are coming and working area.
