New subreddit for discussing Blender and CG News [r/BlenderNews]

Hi everyone,

I am just here to announce that I will try to run a community hub on news regarding Blender and CG on reddit. You can find the subreddit at https://www.reddit.com/r/BlenderNews/

I hope that I can create a community as fast as possible so that the users eventually will supply most of the news material.

I will run a tight ship, and only in-depth and open-ended news discussions will have individual posts.

I hope that eventually r/BlenderNews will be a great site for keeping up to date with/having discussions about the development of Blender and how it fairs in the industry.

The subreddit is a bit older now, and I am starting to get the hang of moderating it.

We are at 65 subscribers at the moment, and getting ready to discuss any SIGGRAPH2017 content we may see in the coming days.
