The game is a 3D Survival Action Horror Game, Kind of like Amnesia and/or Outlast.
I will not be able to pay you for your work, it will be more of a partnership =D
I plan to do crowdfunding on Kickstarter o_O! If the game makes any money, I will be more then happy to split the profit!
