I noticed that one of the options in the node editor in the side panel is “Highlight”, which claims to highlight the current node being processed as the compositor works, so you can check what nodes are taking the longest. I tried checking it, but nothing changed in the node editor while my render composited. It’s taking a couple of seconds to composite the image, so I should see some activity and some nodes taking a little while, but I’m not.
Is there anything special I need to do to make this feature work, or does it even work?
