bone constraint not update on linked rig bug

hy guys this is my first problem on my animation

start animated with referencing file rig (Linked), but update my rig file with constraint on bone but not update in my scene animation , this is a bug o no?



Do you have your bone layers protected in your source file? Usually you need to protect the bone layers so the proxy reloads.
If this is not the issue, please post a blend of your source and linked files.
