Cycles Spotlight: How to give a deeper falloff? (pics and .blend attached)

I want the spotlights to cover more surface of the structure, like in the 2D design. I can’t find how to control this.
Any ideas?

You need to use the light falloff node and plug it into the strength value of your light. You can add a math node in the middle to tweak it.
