I can't find "Surface"item

I am new to Blender.
I cannot find the above “Surface” item ( The part circled by a red line).
Therefore, I cannot add the PBR item in the node editor and change the texture of my model.
Can anyone help me?
Am I have to change something in the user preference?

but I still can’t find the “PBL Uber” from the “surface”
How can it be appeared?

“PBR Uber” is obviously a custom node group which does not exist in Blender.
You will need to append it (Shift-F1 > browse to source file and click to open it > NodeTree folder) from the file you found it in.
