Texture after mirror is not match ?

I modeled a half of a model and paint texture for that

But when I mirror, the mirrored texture part is not match with texture in the original part.

It’s an n-gon face with 5 vertices, and looks like it gets triangulated differently than the other side. Triangulating it with a modifier, or just splitting the face to a triangle and a quad fixes it.
